I bought the strawberry phone case online (note it’s not personalized). I was told I’d receive it max 20 business days / 1 month. I didn’t arrive and I asked for a refund. They confirmed my refund but said the phone case is ready to be delivered (this was over 1 month). I confirmed I’d rather have a refund because I ended up getting a different phone case as a gift for a friend, this was taking too long. They seen zoned me and haven’t responded since. It’s not even a special personalized phone case that needs more than a month to ship. And at least respond to me even if you don’t want to give me a refund.
I like to travel or run errands without having to worry about my bag getting dirty, wet or damaged. So I use my Viajecito purses A LOT (maybe a little too much). I've brought it to work, to the beach propped on the sand, and carried it around in the rain with no worries at all.
I've become a walking advertisement for my friends who value functionality without sacrificing style.
